Rain, Rain, Go Away

Do you ever reach an age when playing in puddles in the rain isn't fun?
I hope not! We continue to get more rain than I thought possible in the middle of a desert. Everyone says we are getting much more than usual. It is just amazing. Today when we got back from the store the boys couldn't leap out of the car fast enough. Anthony was already ankle deep in the puddles as I yelled out, "Take off your tennis shoes!!" The rain comes down incredibly hard and fast here. Big lakes form at the speed bumps.

I don't think the umbrella will help him much at this point! What a blessing that something as simple as a rain storm can bring such joy! God is so good.

You are so right, God is good. He knows just how to light up our faces with the silliest things like giant puddles. I was wondering where the mama was? Shouldn't she be out being a kid again?
Your stories bring such smiles to our faces. We laughed and laughed over your list of you know you are in Mexico when... I think you should publish that list perhaps send it into Readers Digest.
I love you.

How do you think I got the pictures? I was totally loving the puddles too. There are no pictures of me because I don't trust the boys with my fancy, expensive camera!
