Well I'm feeling quite guilty about not posting anything for almost a month. Between birthdays and parties and working - I just am slightly overwhelmed by life. I cannot imagine how people manage with more kids than 2!

So, the boys had their parties and I celebrated a birthday as well. Boy am I glad February is over! Since the boys didn't give anyone ideas for birthday gifts they got a lot of cash - which leads me to the title - they bought Heelys and Webkinz with some of it. I'll start with the Heelys, they are shoes with a skate wheel in the heel for those who don't know. We have always told the boys that we would not spend $70+ on shoes since they only wear them for 3 months and then they are too small, so Heelys have been out of the question. Until one day when we happened on a huge sale - $34 for a bunch of different models - and the boys had all that birthday cash burning holes in their pockets. What can I say, I caved and let them buy some. Immediately upon arriving home I began to regret my decision. They were attempting to "heel" around the house and I could see all the sharp corners and breakable objects in the house jumping out in their way! I have been a nervous wreck since that fateful day. I have no one to blame but myself. The other thing that the boys decided to spend money on was Webkinz. These are stuffed animals that have a code that allows you to go online and play with that animal in a special Webkinz world. You have to feed them, play with them, put them to sleep, dress them. I don't think I have had a moment to sit at the computer since that brought the animals home. They are always online, earning money to buy sandwich makers for their chihuahua or a trampoline for the seal. At least it keeps them from beating up on each other. Speaking of beating each other, when will spring get here??!!! I am so sick and tired of snow and winter. I want to live somewhere warm. The boys have to go outside, I cannot be in such close quarters with these two anymore.
