Happy Haunting

Well Halloween has come and gone, yet the sugar high still lives on and I imagine will continue into the new year! The boys had a great time - they each invited a friend to come along this year and they stayed out until the bitter end - rain and all! They got tons of candy which I am trying extremely hard not to touch. Zac is the alien and Anthony is the scary skull faced whatever. What is it with boys, once we reached first grade they became obsessed with being the grossest, scariest thing that I will allow! Oh for a little girl - the scariest she wants to be is a witch or cheerleader (those short skirts - yikes!). But I have 2 boys whose mission it is to push the limits on gory! All in all though they didn't scare too many little children and they had a good time.

That's about it around here. Oh I almost forgot to mention that Anthony is playing flag football. Talk about scary for a mother! They have enough crashes and take downs in this - I can only imagine what tackle football is like. I can only hope that this will get football out of his system and he won't want to try tackle! A girl can dream can't she?
